New Update and Pictures!!!

More pictures of Wynn!!!  He's such an handsome boy and very adorable.  Isabella and I went to Memaw's house and spent the night.  We showed Memaw all of the pictures of Wynn since she doesn't have a computer and told her what Dawn had been doing in China.  Aunt Lallie also stop by and we all had a good time catching up.  We had lots of fun spending time at Memaw's.  Upon returning home I have been reading up on email updates and looking at new pictures of Wynn.  Dawn has been spending a lot of quality time with Wynn and they are bonding beautifully!!  Dawn also had some pictures of Wynn with his Chinese outfit on too.  He looks so handsome and I love the blue pants and shirt !!  Only a few more days and I will finally be able to hold Wynn in my arms!!  I especially miss Dawn and she is doing a awesome job of handling all of the paperwork while in China.  God is great and thank you everyone for all of your prayers!!  Enjoy the pictures.  God bless, Frank.

Home Stretch!!

I talked to Dawn last night and everyone is doing great!!  After a long delay at the airport in Zhengzhou, China.  Dawn, Wynn and aunt Debbie have settled into their Hotel in Guangzhou, China.  Dawn told me that Wynn was good on his flight and this time when food was served, Dawn personally fed Wynn unlike the time we went on the flight with Isabella.  You'll have to ask Dawn about that experience but in short Dawn was covered head to toe in rice.  LOL.  Dawn described her experience in her hotel in Guangzhou as magnificent.  Quote from her facebook "If you are ever in Guangzhou, you should stay at the China Hotel Marriott.  The hotel is marvelous!   We feel like we are on vacation!  Nice cold room, beautiful pool.  But I am still ready to come home and hug Frank and Isabella...........Only 7 more days and I will be back at home with all my loves! I can't wait to see Isabella's reaction to Wynn"
Dawn is excited to come home and I'm so happy that we are able to keep the communication channels open while she is in China!!  I especially like talking to Wynn.  Please keep us in your prayers!!  I still haven't receive any new pictures yet but I will post them if I get any.  God bless, Frank.

Halfway Home!!!

It's official.  Aunt Debbie, Dawn and Wynn are halfway to coming home.  Once they arrive in Guangzhou, China, Wynn will go to the medical clinic for his shots, medical checkup, finish the remainder of his adoption paperwork and then meet with the U.S. Consulate to our finalize adoption.  Aunt Debbie sent me a email briefly describing what they did on the last day while they were in Zhengzhou, China.  Dawn, Wynn and aunt Debbie went to a Buddist temple and it was very different.  That was all she mentioned but I can't wait for aunt Debbie to come home and share her experiences with us.  Aunt Debbie says that Wynn has the most adorable personality and seriously seems to understand everything they say to him in English.  Please keep aunt Debbie, Dawn and Wynn in your prayers as they prepare and then travel to the next region in China!!  Words are not enough to express our thankfulness of everyone thinking and praying for us.  God is great!!  I'm hoping for more pictures, so I'll post more updates as I receive them.  God bless, Frank.

Day 4 with Wynn!!

Four days with Wynn and he just loves his Mama and Aunt Debbie (Mimi).  I've also posted some more pictures.  Everything seems to be moving right along.  Dawn and Aunt Debbie are looking forward to coming home to their love ones.  In one of the pictures, there are two girls who volunteered at the orphanage where Wynn stayed.  They told Dawn all about Wynn and then went out and got Dawn some of the food that he likes to eat.  This help out tremendously as Wynn is such a picky eater.  God is making things happen and I'm so thankful and blessed that he is taking care of my family while they are away.  On Saturday, Dawn, Wynn and aunt Debbie are off to Guangzhou, China.  This will be the last part of the trip and they will be there for a week before finally coming home.  Please keep them in your prayers and thank you everyone for your support.  God bless, Frank.

Day 2 with Wynn

I spoke with Dawn and aunt Debbie and the first two days with Wynn has been such a wonderful experience.  Aside from the long bus rides, getting our paperwork in order, hot weather and lack of air conditioning, everything is going great with Wynn.  My heart just melted when I was able to speak and see him today on Skype.  Dawn has been showing pictures of me to Wynn and I'm just so happy that he knows that I'm his Baba!!  I love his smile and he looks so happy in Mama's arms.  Isabella came running into the room when she heard me talking to Mama and Wynn.  Isabella was so excited to see her brother!!  I just know that she will be a sweet big sister.  God is great and I'm so blessed that Wynn is adjusting well.  Dawn has a off day tomorrow so I know that her and aunt Debbie well have some well deserved rest.  I'm guessing that they will go swimming in the hotel pool and maybe even take a walk to the park down the street if it's not too hot.  I'll continue to post updates and post pictures if I receive any.  God bless, Frank.
